How do I access SWIVEL Pay?

Simply click the Login/Pay button in the Online Banking section on the Security First Credit Union homepage and follow the prompts to access SWIVEL Pay.

Can I make a payment without creating an account?

Yes. SWIVEL Pay allows you to make a payment as a guest. However, creating an account can save time if you plan to make future payments.

Can I pay from another financial institution?

Yes. SWIVEL Pay is designed to accept payments from checking or savings accounts, as well as a debit issued by other financial institutions.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. SWIVEL Pay uses secure encryption technology to help protect your personal and payment information throughout the payment process.

Is there a fee?

No service fee will apply until External Transfers become available in Digital Banking in late 2026. After that, a service fee will apply
