Terms and Conditions
Description of Giveaway – Security First Credit Union’s “Flash Fun Friday” Promotion is designed to allow Entrants the opportunity to win a prize either at random or by submission based on Security First Credit Union’s post instructions. There will be one prize given away on randomly selected Friday’s throughout the year, by Security First Credit Union.
Eligibility – To qualify for Security First Credit Union’s Flash Fun Friday Promotion, you must either be a member of Security First Credit Union or be eligible for membership. To be eligible for membership, you must live, work, worship, or study in any of the four (4) Rio Grande Valley counties (Cameron, Hidalgo, Willacy, and Starr). All Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Security First Credit Union employees, board members, and their families are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter – Flash Fun Friday Promotions will be posted at random on selected Friday’s throughout the year. The promotion period to submit the designated entry deemed by posts, such as your Like, Comment or Share begins at the time the promotion is posted on a selected Friday and will run for 1 hour from the time the post is live. The prize will be announced on the same day that the promotion ran. Please allow up to 4 hours after the promotion period has ended for Security First Credit Union to select and announce the winner.
To enter, follow the post instructions for submission. The post will instruct to perform a specific task and/or to Like, Comment or Share the Security First Credit Union Flash Fun Friday status post on Security First Credit Unions’ Facebook page timeline. Security First Credit Union will not notify Entrants whether their Submissions have been approved or denied. One entry per Entrant. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win. By entering the promotion, each Entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules.
Determining the Winners: – Winners of the promotion will be selected at random.
Notifying the Winners – Security First Credit Union will announce the winner’s name in the comment section of the post to notify them that they have won. We will also ask the winner to send us a direct message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine a date and location to pick-up the prize. All prizes can be picked up at one of our eight branches.
Prize – No prize substitutions, assignments or transfers. No cash equivalents. The prize must be picked up in person by the Entrant, at one of Security First Credit Union’s eight branches. The prize will not be mailed and must be picked up in person. The prize will be available for ten business days from the original announcement. If the prize is not picked up within these designated ten business days, the prize is deemed as forfeited. Prize may range from a Security First Credit Union branded promotional item to a gift card.
Release – By participating in this promotion all Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Security First Credit Union from and against any liability, injury, death, loss or damages to Entrant or any person or entity, including without limitation damage to personal property or real property, caused in acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize.
Security First Credit Union reserves the right to amend these promotion rules at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Security First Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Official Rules, copyright infringement or infringement of the rights of a third party.
